Patty is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans and is married to Doug Giorgio, Jr. They have two adult children and 3 grandchildren, all of whom live in the Savannah area. She has been active with numerous community organizations including the Adult Literacy Program, the St. James parish council, and the Board of Directors for St. Vincent’s Academy. Patty also enjoys playing tennis, jogging and traveling.

Patty began her real estate career in 1992 and her expertise in the market has earned her a membership in the Million Dollar Club for 13 of those 14 years. Since becoming associated with The Landings Company in 1998, she has consistently ranked as one of the office’s top agents.

Patty is one of only 10 percent of Realtors in the United States to have earned a designation as a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, recognizing her commitment to ongoing education in service to her clients.
